Terms & Conditions
1). We will provide you with a listing in the E-Numbers.biz directory that corresponds to your telephone area code.
2). Listings are for the period of One Year. We reserve the right to withdraw the free listing offer without prior warning.
3). You may only submit the name of your company if you are responsible for marketing, or if you have been authorised to do so.
(Any unauthorised or falsified submissions will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given).
4). You must inform us ASAP of any changes to your company details. Please allow up to 14 days for alterations to be made.
5). E-numbers.biz will not be responsible for any lost mail or incorrect details. It is your responsibility to check your submission.
(If you notice an error, please contact us ASAP and we will endeavour to rectify any problem as quickly as possible).
6). If you have a Bold or Priority listing you will be given an E-Numbers email alias.
This is designed to assist first e-mail contact only.
7). After initial email contact, your customers should use your existing email address.
8). The free listing does not include an email alias.
9). Subscriptions will run from the First of the month following Sign Up (e.g. sign up on 14th Jan the subscription starts on 1st Feb).
A renewal notice will be sent via email during the 11th Month.
Late renewals may result in a temporary suspension of service. Renewals will always run from the original renewal date.
10). Payment will be accepted by PayPal or cheque. (Cheques to be made payable to: CLUB-Group.co.uk)
